What are Breathwork & Meditation Sessions?
Sessions start with a grounding exercise which activates the body’s relaxation response and promotes feelings of calm, being present and focused ready for breathwork.
The breathwork style will be picked specifically depending on experience and what clients want to work on for the session.
The guided meditation is hand-picked specifically and works by directing thoughts toward a special places, creating images in the mind to bring about calm and relaxation, finishing with a meditative mantra.
