Reflexology

What is Clinical Reflexology?

This is a complementary therapy based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which are believed to correspond to all organs and parts of the body.

Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as tension and sleep. Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures. The expert touch will help you relax which can help improve your general wellbeing.

Each session closes with energy balancing to close the treatment. A single treatment can produce positive reactions but the most effective course of 4-6 treatments initially often could be most beneficial. Each person is different and some people find the sessions relaxing while others have aches, tingling, sensations such as sensitivity in certain areas all can be discussed either during the session or afterwards. Each session is tailor-made for the individual based on the findings from the first session and the individual’s needs, I also use Precision Reflexology in all my treatments which involves a technique called “linking” it uses both hands to join two relevant points thus increasing the power and the holistic nature of the treatment, it works with the client’s energy and can be very relaxing.
